The price depends upon the complexity and the quality of the web site, and fluctuates between $20-30 per hour. Manual coding, which is preferable in some cases, or restoration of highly damaged images or 3D is a bit more expensive. Yes, I can take pictures for your web-site with my digital camera. If plain photographs don't meet your requirements, I can also generate 3D images of artificial objects which look very realistic and animate them if you need.
Then I will register a domain for you if you don't have one, upload your web site to the hosting company of your choice and continue maintaining the website if you wish.
